Public Load Displayer

You can place load screens anywhere on the drop zone you want. With the Web Module you can even have them anywhere in the world! The load screens in the packing area, student manifest, manifest, and resturant helps to ensure everyone knows when their load is. There is no need to be asking manifest - when is my load? Do I have enough time for .... Exerpienced jumpers love these screens, and new jumpers have a sense of knowledge which leads to confidence and trust. Once our drop zone had this screen up, the crowd was around the screen, not the manifest desk. The screens are auto configured for the planes and loads. For smaller planes the typical LCD TV can support 6 loads on a screen. They will be 3 across with 2 rows. For larger planes there will be three load screens per big screen TV or computer monitor. You can configure more monitors and display more loads. The information for each load is:

The Jumper Listing includes:

1. Working Jump task (i.e. TM - Tandem Master, Ca - Camera)

The Public Load View automatically updates as the loads are modified. The timer automatically updates the screen each minute. If a plane is delayed, all the loads later in the day for that plane are also delayed that amount.

Other features displayed are:

4. Moon size

The auto announce feature is great too. J-Jump™ is easily plugged into your PA system. You can configure when you want J-Jump™ to make announcements, and what it should say.

Manifest Screen

The manifest screen is the nerve center upon which most of J-Jump™ works around. This is the place where all jumpers register. For smaller drop zones, this is also used to register students. When a jumper is in the system, J-Jump™ knows what kind of jumps they are eligible to make. This simplifies your manifest work, while helping to ensure compliance with drop zone and national association rules.

Searching for a jumper is very easy, just start to type their name. A list of the jumpers names that match are displayed and updated as you type. Once you have found the jumper you are looking for, just tab out and the jumper is selected and eligible jumps shown. Select the Jump by double clicking on their name, and they are manifested on the load.

Though it is that easy for you, J-Jump™ is doing a lot of work in the back ground:

1. Checking that they have enough money on account

2. Checking that they have their national and local membership in good standing

3. Checking the weight and balance for the plane

4. Ensuring their is the appropriate instructors on the load (if necessary)

.... and much more

From the manifest screen you can select different planes and pilots for loads. You can see weather information (including sunrise/sunset/moon size). You have several reports that you can print off right from this screen. If a jumper wants to look at their account activity, get a listing of their Jump log, and several more reports.

If a plane is going to be delayed, then you can adjust the take off time for that plane. All subsequent load take off times will be adjusted for you automatically.

Let J-Jump™ speak for you. J-Jump™ utilizes advanced speaking system to talk for you over the loud speaker system. No more do you need to have your staff make the announcements. For the standard load announcements, J-Jump™ will make those announcements automatically. For requesting a jumper come to manifest, or the school, rigger shop, etc, J-Jump™ lets you select the message and it does the rest. You can customize the messages, and select different voices for different purposes.

If there are special alerts, or information you want your staff to know about a jumper, then these can be added to the jumper's record. They are displayed on screen at the appropriate time.

If a jumper wants to put money on their account, J-Jump™ lets that be done right from the manifest screen (as well as others). Clicking on the '$' symbol will bring up the dialog to add or remove money from the jumper's account. Of course everything that happens in J-Jump™ is audited as to who did it, from where, when, and more. Jonoke built into J-Jump™ the same controls as are required for Medical systems. It is what we do, and we would do nothing less.

Jumper Information Master Screen

J-Jump™ is more than just load manifest software. It lets you work with your jumpers like they are clients. You want to work with many of them to help them progress in the sport. If they are your staff you want to ensure that they get treated fairly, and get on the types of loads they want. J-Jump™ lets you record information about them to assist you in doing this.

The Client Master screen lets you see everything about a jumper. Page 1 gives you the place to record, and then see the important information for jumping. Their name, including their aliases so that when their name is announced they retain their character. Their contact information including address, E-mail, phone(s), and emergency contact information.

If you accept credit card payment J-Jump™ can have that information on record so that the jumper can just manifest without having to have the cash in pocket. Then J-Jump™ keeps track of National memberships, expiry dates, and local / regional memberships. Then on to the ratings, and requirements for the jumper. J-Jump™ ensures that you don't have a student, or tandem student manifested on a load without the appropriate people there to look after them. This makes the manifest job much easier as J-Jump™ 'has their back'.

J-Jump™ ensures that each jumper has a current waiver. If not, they don't get on the load. It is easy to fill in the waiver form for previous jumpers. J-Jump™ can print out a prefilled waiver that you have designed.

From the master screen, you can select other pages. On these other pages you can view account transactions (money matters), jump logs including who they jumped with. This is especially valuable for students that forget that great instructor they jumped with before, and they want the same one. J-Jump™ automatically keeps track of all the jumps done. Therefore the number of PPF (AFF) Main side, Reserve side, tandems, coaching jumps, etc each jumper makes. It makes it easy for you to know what everyone has done over the years.

For student progression, J-Jump™ will track that, record instructor's comments and recommendation. You can add your own video training right into J-Jump™ to let your students quickly get to the video that is most appropriate for where they are at in their training progression.

Pre Built Reports

J-Jump™ has many pre-built reports in it. These include reports that you as the financial person want (those financial reports). Bank deposit reports, know how much cash, visa, debit, etc each shift end should have. Then know how much you have made day to day, week to week, etc.

Then the marketing person in you can view many reports about how jumpers learned about you, who they came to the drop zone as a result of, are the jump numbers going up, or down. Compare to the weather of the day, did you really have bad weather last year, or was that just your 'feeling'? Did that boogie, or competition really increase your jump numbers.

Your staff want reports too. You can print out reports for the staff on the various activities they did too. Help them ensure their log books are correct, how many coach jumps did they do last year. Of course, if you have the web module, they can get that information on their own from the comfort of their trailer, or home.

Your Customer Report Editor

No matter how many prebuilt reports Jonoke makes, you would still want more. Therefore we built into J-Jump™ the ability for you to generate you own reports. Depending on each user's security settings they can create, save, and print out reports. These reports look great on screen, and on paper. They also look great on the web too!
